Everyone has life struggles and often times we find ourselves looking for solutions at every turn. Have you ever felt that life hurts and the harder you try the worse things seem to be? At times we need additional help to try to get through some of life’s challenges. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, struggling with daily activities, looking for direction in your career or other major life transitions, I can help. I have experience working with families, children and individuals in difficult situations.

I’m a Resident in Counseling working under the supervision of Joanne Moore, LPC. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Family Relations and Child Development from North Carolina Central University in 2008 and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2018. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and couples from all walks of life, and would love to meet you.

I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment and welcome your free expression and exploration. Through our conversations, you will experience my hope and belief in continued self-growth and improvement. I maintain a collaborative approach and encourage you to remain curious as we explore together.
