My desire is to help you improve the quality of your life. This will help you gain insight into who you are, what led to the creation of the problems you seek to change, and hopefully provide clarity on what to do next. I believe in teaching coping skills; however, my goal is not to simply help you cope, but to help you recover, heal, grow, and move on.
